Stainsby Hall Farm Development Update
The proposed housing development had the outline plans passed yesterday these are still subject to the approval from the Highways.
We did get 3 conditions put on the plans, which are.
1) Access to Trimdon Avenue will not be allowed
2) The Developer will look at more buffering between the existing Houses.
3) The outline plans will not be able to be changed
All of the above would need to go back to a full Planning committee to be changed.
