An exciting new picture book shows over 60 pictures of the LNG pipeline fight which took place at Cilfrew. The reason given to us by Linda  for her now putting together this book is that the pictures in it deserve to be saved for the future.

Should anything happen in the life of the pipeline this lovely little picture book holds the words - we all bear silent witness - in the introduction.

A lovely momento for those who were there and those who fought so hard to stop something which they now realise was inevitable.

If you visit the Blurb site from the link below you can preview the first 15 pages of this book for free. Well worth a peek.

For those who like to remember years gone in this area and who like to read a good novel they should pick up these books by Elizabeth Revill. Memory Lane comes alive with places we all know and love and brings back times gone by. The characters in Elizabeths books are close to all our hearts and you fly with them and plumb the depths while your feet stay firmly on Welsh soil.
