Hobsons Brewery nestled in the heart of Cleobury Mortimer produced their first barrel of beer in 1993 from a converted sawmill. From its humble beginnings to an award winning sustainable brewery, Hobsons has stayed true to its ethos and beliefs of supporting the local community and sourcing the best local ingredients to produce great beer. Hobsons has a collection of seven ales, all unique in flavour and crafted with traditional brewing techniques using the finest sourced hops and barley.
