Traders
Whilst the main focus of Bewdley Local Produce Market is on local food producers, we also wish to support local woodworkers and other locally produced craft products.

To trade at Bewdley Local Produce Market, it is expected that;
- All goods are produced within a maximum of 30 miles of Bewdley, with most being within 15 miles.
- All food and drink offered for sale is grown, reared, caught, brewed, picled, baked, smoked, or processed by the stall holder.
- Primary produce, including livestock, is grown or finished on the producers' land.
- Processed foods are made in the defined area and use local ingredients where possible.
- Stalls are staffed by someone directly involved in the production process. (Producer co-operatives and community groups may take stalls at the discretion of the market steering group.)
- All goods offered for sale are wholesome and of good quality. Genetically modified produce, or goods containing GM inredients should not be sold.
- Stall holders provide written information for customers about their production methods and ingredients.
The decision to go for a Sunday market was taken to complement the existing offer in the town and to provide an attraction on a day which is popular with visitors. The model also mirrors the success of the themed events in the town.
The stallholders rules are based on the Local to Ludlow group who run the Ludlow Local Produce Market and the market is being managed by Bewdley Development Trust through a small management group.
If you are interested in having a stall, you are asked to get in touch with the Trust as soon as possible stall so that you can be sent further details.
You can also download an application form here, and a copy of the stallholders rules here.
