The Need To Be Grounded…
Tuesday morning I went to see Sam Gray at the Suilven Centre for a Reiki Healing session…

I’m hoping to regain balance – physically and emotionally. What flowed through Sam to me is strong and positive, and will continue to work in me and with me.
As well as channelling Healing to me, Sam told me of a grounding exercise which can be done anytime, anywhere.
I’ve adapted it to suit me, talk myself through it each morning, and thought I’d share it….
Sit with your feet on the ground. Take in three deep breaths, breathing in positive energy and out negativity.
Picture roots going from your feet down into the earth then drawing up strong earth energy, right up through your body and flowing out from the top of your head, down into the earth again – grounding you, connecting you with earth energies, anchoring you to the earth - the land.
Keep doing this as long as feels right to you - drawing up the strong earth energy - giving you strength - then that energy flowing down into the earth, and up through you again.
Grounding you.
