PC 4119 ALLEN
PC 4119 Allen believes that anyone with mental health problems (including bi-polar disorder) is a danger to themselves and others and should therefore be physically restrained as a matter of course - regardless of the situation. This is unacceptable. PC Allen is obviously a common thug who is abusing his position.
PC Allen is also a liar. In one of his witness statements he justifies making an arrest in July 2013 in order to facilitate a "prompt" investigation and because the suspect had a history of "long term anti-social behaviour". Both claims are entirely false. The incident in question had been recorded by the police six weeks previously, there had therefore been no need for a "prompt" investigation, and the supsect had no history of ASB whatsoever! These claims have obviously been invented by PC Allen in an attempt to justify his actions.
These incidents have been reported to Superintendent Godwin and Inspector Webb-Jones, but no action has been taken.
