This photograph, taken by PC Enstone, shows about 20 fence boards carefully laid in two piles.
But in her witness statement PC Enstone claimed that there were "about 40 boards" and that they were "strewn on the ground".
PC Enstone then falsified her police report by inventing a further 12 false claims.
PC Enstone is clearly a compulsive liar.
Detective Superintendent Godwin and Inspector Webb-Jones have been provided with irrefutable proof of PC Enstone's dishonesty, but no action has been taken.
