Minutes of Meeting 02 August 2010
As the chair had put in her apologies, acting Chair Geraldine Durrand welcomed everyone to the meeting. Apologies are noted above.
Unfortunately, there were not enough community councillors present to gather a quorum therefore the meeting was abandoned.
There were some pieces of correspondence to be dealt with as below –
Mrs Mary Miller – Complaint about trees overhanging Union Street from the Academy Braes. She has already spoken to David Sutherland of HC.
Action – E-mail David to find out position
Tannach and District Community Council – Concerns about the town entrance sign outside Milton.
Action – Invite representative to the next meeting
Mr Laurel Bush – E-mail regarding potholes in South Road.
Action – E-mail to apologise for canx meeting and extend invite to next one for discussion.
