The sub groups are all set up as a result of Community Councillors taking the initiative and being able to access outside funding agencies. These groups were initially made up soley from The Community Council but have now grown and developed and some Community Councillors have left or have too many commitments with family, work, etc.  These groups can only continue with support from the community .

Each of the groups hold regular meetings which are open to anyone interested and we do encourage members of the Community Council to join and take an interest in these groups. They cannot constitutionally function without Community Council input and we as a Community Council would not like to abandon them.

Town entrances are not a sub group but simply an item on the Agenda to be discussed around the table by all Community Councillors.
