The House ~

The house is very spacious; in the lounge there is an open fireplace for a log fire on the occasional chilly evenings in early spring or late autumn.

The design of the house places the bedrooms on the ground floor with the living accommodation above in order to take full advantage of the wonderful views of the village and surrounding mountains – surpassed only by the magnificent panoramic vista from the roof terrace.The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and the second bedroom has twin beds – both have spacious en-suites.

• The fully equipped dining kitchen has cooking facilities which include an electric oven with a hob which has both gas & electric burners.
  
  

• Just off the kitchen is a small utility room with washing machine and laundry facilities.
  

• The roof-terrace and small rear courtyard provide alternative dining areas for that balmy romantic evening with a bottle of wine.
  
  

• On and off-street parking is available within a few minutes walk of Casa Santa Maria.
