On Saturday 1 August our loyal supporters Caz, Karina, Tanya, Annie, Jordan and their friends and family organised and ran a Car Boot sale in the afternoon and Bingo evening at the RBLS hall in Thurso.
They put in a massive amount of work for months before the event and on the day. We are delighted to say that all their hard work was very much worth it as they raised the grand total of £1041.24.
We are very grateful to them and to all the generous businesses and individuals who donated prizes for the raffle, baking for sale, items for sale and to all the kind people who attended both the car boot and the Bingo session.
This money will enable us to continue to ensure that all the dogs coming into our care are vaccinated, wormed, microchipped and where possible neutered before going to their new homes.
