Marti One of the 2013 Christmas eight. Marti the springer spaniel came to KWK9 on Christmas Eve as his owner had to rehome him due to allergies of a child in the house. He was duly picked up by his fosterers and had a lovely Christmas with them so lovely in fact they have decided to welcome him into their family! He will have a super life with them and is one lucky dog. |

Terry (now Patch) Terry was a stray in the council kennels. After his seven days in kennels he went to his foster home for Christmas and immediately found a new home. He has gone off to his new life on the Isle of Lewis. |

Milo Another early January home found for lovely Milo. He has gone to a lovely home in the countryside where he is getting plenty of exercise and fun. |

Louis Another lucky dog off to his new home with a great pal. Louis only spent a very short time in foster care before going off to his new home. |

Tweed This lovely pup really flew in and out again. He came to us one evening and went off to his new family next morning. Great for him, keeping the disruption to a minimum. |

Pippin Pippin now Ollie the last of the 3 JRT pups who came into our care just before christmas has gone to a lovely new home where he will enjoy summers caravanning with his new dad and mum. |

Morag Little Morag was really worried when she left her foster home and went off in a car but she later arrived in her lovely new home and is settling very well with her new family and her new doggie friend. |

Jake Jake quickly found his new home. We hope he now has a long and settled life. |

Sandy Sandy the border collie arrived into kwk9's care in a sorrowful state we dont think he had been groomed in his life as his coat was so matted. With a bit of tlc he soon went on to find a super new home in the country after being neutered and microchiped. this photo was taken on the day he arrived into the kennels and we will update shortly with a photo of him happy and well groomed once he has his buster collar removed after his op |

sparky poor little sparky the elderly yorkshire terrier sadly had to be put to sleep shortly after being signed over to kwk9. He had a lovely few days with his foster family but unfortunately what we originally thought to be a uti turned out to be an inoperable tumour on his bladder. We take some comfort from the fact that we did our absolute best for him and his passing was a gentle one and he is now free from pain. |

Gypsy Having come into our care just before Christmas it seemed to take a long time to get Gypsy into her new home. However she has finally gone and becomes the first dog homed this February. We wish her a long, happy and secure life in her new home. |

Benjy This lovely old boy never made it to the dogs needing homes page. He spent a short time in foster care and has now gone to his new home. Lucky boy. |

Hollie Hollie never made it as far as the 'dogs needing homes' page. She came in for a weekend in foster care and went off to her new home very quickly. She hates cars so will be delighted to be going where there are very few. |

jake Jake the yorkie came in to kwk9 due to a change in circumstances with his owner. This lucky boy did not require to be advertised as we knew he was just what a certain couple were looking for! so he went on trial for a few days and we recieved the phone call to say that they loved him so the deal was settled. He was quickly microchipped and booked in for his vaccinations. |

Bobby Blue This poorly pup arrived as a stray who needed lots of TLC and we knew just where he would find it! Lucky pup has found himself a brilliant new home where his big sis Katie a former kwk9er will be there to make sure he settles in and learns the ropes |

Toby Toby has gone off to his new home in the country today. He is the first dog homed in March, getting in on the first day. Hoping he has a long and happy life in his new home. |

Hamish This poor dog had spent around eight years in awful conditions until a kind lady fostered him. He came to one of our foster homes and then within a few days was off to a new home where he is thriving. Even in 24 hours there is a marked difference in him. Lets hope he has many comfortable, warm and well fed years in his new home. |

Axell This little guy never got as far as the dogs needing homes page. He spent a brief time in foster care and then went off to his new home with someone who had been waiting a while for a dog. He is quite a character and I'm sure will get his new owner trained quite quickly. |

Fin Young Fin has gone off to his new home where he has been promised lots of walks and running with his new owner. Lucky boy, he should have a great time. |

Spaniel This dog didn't even get as far as a name or picture! We had received an application form requesting a young dog. The next day received a request to find a home for a young Springer x Cocker Spaniel. We managed to match both families thanks to one of our foster carers and the dog is off to her new home. |

Ava Here we are April already and this was our forst dog homed this month. Ava went off to her new home without a backward glance. She has a new family who have promised her a secure and loving home for life. |

Fergus This young dog had a very short time in our care. He was in and out within 24 hours. He has gone to a new home in the country which he is pleased about as he hates noisy cars and lorries. |

Jada Here we are in May already and our first dog homed this month is Jada. After a rocky start to her life Jada has found a new home with a lovely couple in their new home with their other dogs. What a lucky girl. Lets hope the rest of her life will be secure and happy. |

Ted/dy The lovely Ted came in as a bit of an emergency and quickly found himself a foster home with a GSD sized space in front of the fire, following a sad loss a few weeks earlier. Delighted to say that he helped to fill the gap and has found himself a lovely home in the process. |

Bobbie Lovely Bobby was the last of the 6 greyhound pup to go to his new home. It took a while but he found the right people to offer him a home and off he went. He will be missed by his foster family but everyone was delighted to see him going to a lovely home. Good luck Bobby. |

Cassie Cassie was a failed sheep dog. She came to us during the afternoon on 22 July and went to her foster home a terrified and defensive little scrap. She found a Cassie sized gap in her foster mum's home and by 23 July she had a permanent home where she will get all the love she desires. |

Poppy Dear Poppy was a very sad little dog when she returned to our care due to the ill health of her owner. She very quickly cheered up though and went off to her lovely new home very quickly. |

Jess This beautiful dog came into our care and very quickly found her new home. She was only in foster care for 1 day before setting off on her journey to her new family. We are sure she will have a lovely time and be secure for life. |

Riley First dog rehomed in August was Riley the lovely terrier. Off to his new home we hope he has a lovely life. |

Meg Meg is a lovely collie that we were asked to find a home for. It happened that we knew of a collie sized gap in a lovely home so Meg came to us and went off very quickly. Lucky girl, she has a loving and caring home for life now. |
