Foster A Dog
Help save a life by fostering an abandoned dog. We are in urgent need of foster homes either long term, short term, or emergency fostering. We are looking for people who have lots of love to give and time available to care for a rescue dog whilst they are looking for a forever home. We ask that fostered dogs are not left alone for more than 3 hours at a time.
As we are a voluntary organisation, if foster carers wanted to contribute towards the cost of food while a dog is in their care this would be most welcome, however food donations are regularly being handed in for the use of the foster dogs.
Fostering is not always easy but it is incredibly rewarding. Rescue dogs can be fantastic house guests, but they can also be hard work at times. They may have some issues, as would anyone if they had been abandoned! But with love and care, regular walks and a routine, it won't be long before they blossom and become happy, well balanced dogs.
Foster carers are extremely important to us, and we will be there throughout the entire fostering process to provide you with advice and support, should any problems arise. If you would like to be part of an abandoned dog's happy tale, please consider becoming a foster carer.
