In a race against the bracken, we have just finished some gruelling field work. Working on steep slopes, without footpaths and often not sure if what was shown on the habitat map actually existed, it has been challenging. On the bright side, we had fantastic weather and scenery, and have never been fitter. Now its time to start processing the vast array of data we collected.
