Our youngest team member has qualified as an IANTD Scientific Diver after an intensive course with Heriot-Watt University. She travelled to Orkney to complete the course which involved In-situe marine field identification skills, recording on a dive slate, underwater photography and videography. The training culmonated in a team project to identify and survey an unknown object on the ships sounder. We then presented our findinds in Stromness campus.
