1232 William 1753-1800+

William Clay was born on 8 June 1753, the first surviving son of Joseph Clay the first of Burton and Elizabeth nee Robinson - the first born, Richard, died at the age of six months. Of this William, nothing is known (so far) apart from the fact that he was alive when his father died in 1800, for he is mentioned in his Will, see half-way down this Page.
