More information on day: wooden hut on the green

Where was it? Mostly within 2km of the heart of town

Who led? Teams of rangers from Aberdeenshire Council, Balmoral and Glen Tanar with help from the Cairngorms National Park Authority, North East Scotland Biological Recording Scheme(NESBReC) and a big bunch of visiting experts.

Who joined in? Anyone who wanted to find out even a little bit more about wildlife, or wanted to share observations.

Did people need to attend the whole day? No – they just came to whatever part/s they liked.
