NEXT GUIDED WALK:
10.15am, Sat.7th June CANCELLED - rearranged for 10.15am Sunday 15th June - A walk looking for Orchids at Ulverscroft Nature Reserve, Whitcrofts Lane, LE67 9QE what3words ethic.trumped.firmer led by Phil Lee. Phil advises: "exit M1 at junction 22 head to Coalville/Ashby.at traffic lights, roundabout turn right towards Copt Oak, go straight on at next lights and take the first right, Whitcrofts lane. Go past the first entrance to the reserve" and he will be waiting at the next entrance. The parking is limited to 6 cars so please email me nigel.downes@outlook.com to let me know if you are planning to go so that we know how many cars there may be. The car parking is near the car park for the National Trust's Stoneywell Cottage. IF other cars are already parked/more than 5 planning to go, the car park for Stoneywell 'further on along Whitcrofts Lane' is another place to park and Dave & I could co-ordinate a pickup/ transfer back to the Ulverscroft car park.
