Since the last update I did back on 17th March the weather has been generally very good for the time of year and lots of riding has been done.

Simon and myself had a great day showing off the local trails to Linden and his mates from Kent. I'm pretty sure they all enjoyed it and perhaps we'll see them up here again sometime.

With the drying trails and longer nights the traditional Wednesday night rides have been gathering pace and riders. With 12 last week and 15 the week before its getting harder to keep everyone together and the rides flowing. Having said that there is the oppertunity to see more crashes so as with everything there are pluses and minuses to be had.

Plans are afoot for a trip to the Black Mountains in June with huw once again being the local guide. There are also rumors of Brian sorting out a trip to the 7 Stanes in May so hopefully that will happen too

Tomorrow is a planned Bacon Butty ride on to Leith Hill followed by beer at the Plough and then of course we have the normal Saturday and Wednesday rides to look forward to.
