We have supertwist EXTRA DARK and rug wool in AQUA, which next?  Sooo tempting to dive into the deep pool of AQUA, reminiescent of a glorious pool under a waterfall in Newlands Valley one golden summer's day (the Naiad's Pool, we thought at the time, but not sure that NAIAD is a good name for a tie).  But an EXTRA DARK rug wool has just been finished, and it would be so good to contrast it with a supertwist in the same colour.  Good old British compromise wins: we have a new set of wooden needles, so both have been cast on.  The supertwist is on a cone, so easier to knit at home; the AQUA is a ball, so easier to take out and about to work on when waiting about is involved.  Both are now started and looking superb!
