It is recommended that you use  RECORDED or SPECIAL delivery service, to cover you against loss or damage whilst Royal Mail have your fob.

Proof of postage WILL NOT be accepted as proof of DELIVERY unless a TRACKED service is used. We WILL NOT be held responsible for items lost or damaged by Royal Mail.

As soon as your fob arrives with us, the repair will usually be carried out within 1 working day. Completed repairs are posted back on the day they are repaired (Monday - Friday). Any items that arrive for repair on Saturday, will usually be repaired and posted back the following Monday.
