When sending a fob for repair, please post the the address below. Please send the remote section only, and remember to use Recorded or Special delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for fobs/keys lost within the postal system. If you have used Recorded or Special delivery, you can claim compensation from Royal Mail. The ammount of compensation you can claim is determined by the service you used. Please ask for further details at the post office if you are unsure which service you need.

Please also ensure that you have paid the correct postage. Any items of mail which arrive with insufficient postage paid incurr a surcharge of £1 on top of the postage deficiency. In any such cases, I will request that Royal Mail return the item to the sender.
