Talking Turkey in Torrin

Torrin
I’m concerned.
I’ve recently been on the receiving end of disturbing tales from Torrin involving exploding turkey eggs!
It seems that an enthusiastic poultry keeper decided to build his own incubator to a hitherto untested design.
Whatever heat source he employed would appear to have been dangerously over-powered.
The result was that the aforementioned eggs became lethal explosive devices causing much alarm as they blew up, creating small mushroom clouds above the respective croft.
Neighbouring crofters were seen diving for cover, fearing that North Korea had finally got their long range missiles to reach South Skye.
Hens
My own hens have finally got their posteriors into gear and started laying again.
Good on ya, girls. Much appreciated.
I knew you wouldn’t let me down.
Boat
This recent fine spell of weather has made me pine for the high seas once more.
The boat is now anti-fouled and ready to go just whenever the boy with the pick up truck is around to launch it.
