NAME & EMAIL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER & WHAT YOU WILL BE SELLING - so please include any PHOTOS or links to your creative platforms, of your creations.

The booking form is located below.

This must be completed & returned. I will then confirm any bookings along with bank details for payment for your first Fayre to ensure your place.
