A very enjoyable route, with some great views of Westfield, following the 1066 Country Walk for much of the middle section going out across Kent Street and then through Sedlescombe Golf Course into Battle Great Wood. Please note that the Clock House Bistro in Sedlescombe  has recently reopened as a hairdressing salon; however you can still adjourn to the Queen's Head pub opposite for refreshments at the finish!
