This is a heavy tractor made by Nicolas and the model is the Tractomas. A few of these exist with various companies Sunters to name but one.
The donor chassis has been stripped and modified where required. The sub structure has been scratchbuilt from plasticard including the deck for the cab, rear mudguards and rear deck etc. The donor cab has been modified to remove the air con unit from the roof and also the mudguards etc from the bottom of the cab. The bottom of the cab doors have been filled in and extended. At the rear a scratchbuilt ballast box has been made. Twin fuel tanks have been made and fitted. Exhaust and air cleaner unit made and fitted at rear of cab.

This is a heavily modified model. The lower front of the cab has been removed and the grille and lights from a Guy warrior fitted. The chassis has been shortened and docked. Behind the cab is a chariot body containing a large military heavy Garwood double winch. At the rear are the two generators. Gerry Cottle livery.

FODEN S18 FLAT WITH BOX 'BILLY SMART'S CIRCUS'.
This is a model of a real vehicle owned by Billy Smarts. This was a Foden S18 eight wheel flat which is carrying a box body removed from another circus lorry.

This is an A.W.D Thames Trader finished in the livery of'Billy Smart's Circus'.
This vehicle has a flat platform body. The rear platform is carrying a large skid mounted generator. Not a real vehicle.

Here is a Bedford QLD 4X4 lorry. This is a converted lime spreader. At the rear a chopped down tank body has been mounted along with tap and hoses. This has been liveried for Gerry Cottles Circus and would carry water for the animals.
