A conversion of the Corgi 'Double Diamond' Leyland Octopus tanker. This has been altered to an eight wheel platform in the Wynns livery. The lorry is carrying a Hotchkiss crawler tractor along with a large crate of Hotchkiss spare parts. Custom decals were made for this model.

This is a conversion of a Corgi Scammell Constructor. Originally in Siddle Cook livery the Wynns colour schemme suits the lines very well. The ballast box contains weights. Not a real vehicle but made in mind that a lot of lorries were bought between companies.

This is a heavily converted Corgi 1/50 Scammell Constructor into a Scammell Pioneer. Loads of scratchbuilding involved plus custom decals etc. Ballast box is loaded with weights. A real vehicle.

This was another real vehicle. The chassis of an AEC Matador mated to a modified Bedford cab. Used as a tackle wagon. Loads of scratch-building in this one.

This is a model of a real vehicle owned by Wynns. A 4x2 Foden FG tractor. This vehicle operated in both ballasted and articulated form so I have made a removable ballast box for the model.

Foden FG Eight Wheel Tanker in the livery of Wynns. Spotted this one in the Wynn's fleet list and thought it would make an interesting model.

Finished model of Wynns Ford D1000. The lorry is carrying a piece of rusty fabrication which has sat in some yard for a while. A real vehicle.

Scratchbuilt 1/50 whitemetal Bedford TJ engineers/fitters runaround. This was a real vehicle owned by Wynns. The original kit has been heavily modified to get it to this stage.

1/50 scale model of a Guy Warrior 4x2 tractor unit with four inline low loader trailer. This was a real vehicle owned by Wynns and was used in the transport of electrical components amongst other things.
Fleet number 136 and Reg number YDW421.

This is a converted British Rail Bedford 'O'. The bonnent and grille have been replaced with a scratchbuilt square military style Bedford 'OX' version. The fifth wheel has been changed from the Scammell/Bedford style to a more conventional set up. This was a real vehicle.

This is a conversion of a Corgi 1/50 scale Foden S21 'Mickey Mouse' cab. Starting out as an 8x4 flat platform the chassis was chopped and a fifth wheel added along with susies, batteries etc. A long five axle trailer with neck spacer was added which is carrying a small transformer load.
Not a real vehicle but made in the style of those used by Wynns.

This is a converted Corgi Diamond T. This is based on a number of tractors owned by Wynns which had an in-house cab conversion. A real vehicle.

A model of the Wynns Foden 60 ton ballast tractor. The lorry is pulling a machinery trailer which has solid tyres switching to pneumatic tyres later in its life. The load is a lancashire boiler. A real Wynn's vehicle.

A model of a Guy Invincible. This was a special vehicle as it had a bonnet rather than the normal cab over engine style. The lorry is pulling a long low loader trailer which is carrying a boiler load. A real vehicle owned by Wynns.

A model of an actual vehicle owned and operated by Wynns. A mid to heavy lorry the Scammell Highwayman could be used as an articulated or drawbar tractor as seen here. This one has temporary ballast and ballast box. The trailor is carrying a roped lightweight metal fabrication.
