An Extraordinary Genaral Meeting will be held at Dunscar Conservative Club on Tuesday 15th November 8pm start. THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING & PRESENTATION for season 2016 WILL BE ON THURSDAY 12th JANUARY 2017 8pm at Dunscar Conservative Notices of Motion carried at the AGM: That teams shall consist of eight players rather than ten. That Ladies be allowed to play in the league in mixed teams. That the Milburn Trophy handicap system br reviewed. That the league fees be changed from £100 per team to £60 per team plus £40 club competition entry fee. That the Milburn Trophy competition be incorporated into the league fixtures rather than being an end of season event. That the Milburn Trophy competition shall be a Doubles event and shall be played at one venue rather than two.
