In satisfying orders following the articles in the Daily Mail and Daily Telegraph current stocks are exhausted but a reprint is afoot, which is now at proof stage. Two versions of the book will then be available, one for the general reader with a large type face, running to 370 pages and one ( the original version of the book ) which has a much smaller type face of 258 pages, with an index and lists sources to over 800 footnotes.
The issue / supply date for backlogged orders will be around mid- September. No cheque will be cashed until the book(s) is (are) sent out.
