Think of these credits as a kind of saving scheme.You buy at £5 each and when you come to redeem them they will be worth £5.25 to you. We want to use the money we raise to purchase detectors,spades etc. for groups of schoolchildren to use on school field trips with us, where they get the chance to experience the great outdoors,find history for themselves,get their finds identified and feel that history is a living,breathing subject and not just something in books!
We want to work with schools to help expand the curriculum and help the kids to benefit in so many ways.
