LINDEAN – ALTERATIONS AND EXTENSIONS
Completed in 2012, this project provided alterations and extensions to our family house.
External appearance was updated and thermal values upgraded. The existing garage was demolished and replaced with bedroom and ensuite shower room above and a study to the rear.
The Planning Officer, in her decision report, stated that, 'The development has provided an interesting and innovative extension for this site and has enhanced a standard design bungalow creating a unique building and adding to the character and amenity of the area. The materials also add an interesting appearance in contrast to the existing materials, which has given the house character in an area where there are some very good residential properties’.
