CATFISH CATCHES by Steve Williams.

I have fished for catfish in the UK and also on the Ebro in Spain, Le Mans in France and even had a few smaller catfish up the Gambian river in western Africa, i just love how the catfish fight, a fantastic predator indeed, a few of my catches.

  UK pb Catfish at 65lb 

  Super markings on this catfish was a very good days fishing, with the fish falling to really oily fishy pellets.

  My first Ebro Catfish at 45lb very small by Ebro standards, but it was late Dec and although in a t shirt, it was -2 !! and freezing but i was happy.

  Freezing fog and getting colder but a catfish of 50lb on the mat, a December result in my book.

  Me and Paul with a 100lb plus fish each.

  This feels a better lump.

  And was in the shape of this 140lb Ebro Catfish, still not huge by todays standard but you cannot knock it !! stunning creatures.
