My fishing friends By Steve Williams

Me and Dr Ian Welch from the Anglers Mail and Fox, he spent the day with me in Norfolk hunting down pike, i have fished with Ian a few times now, really good angler and full of information.

Ian produced a four page spread in the Anglers Mail for me and on my Strike Fishing Tours.

 Ian even made the tea !!

Me with the legend that is Mick Brown, i spent the day fishing for Pike & Zander, and i have to say it was one of the best days fishing i have had, not just the fishing but the company too.

Mick is the best angler i have ever met, so much to offer when it comes to fishing and he is a true gent to boot.

  Had a top day with ex Norwich City FC hero Jerry Goss, he scored that super volley in the UEFA Cup against  Bayern Munich at the Olympic Stadium in 1993, and Norwich remain the only English team to have ever beat them in the Stadium and a massive part of Norwich City FC history.....we won 2-1.  

We also had lots of carp while pole fishing at Barford lakes just outside Norwich, he ain't a bad Angler either, really. ;0)

Robert Luxton has been a friend of mine for alot of years, and we have spent many times talking fishing, tactics, waters and baits. 

We have been fishing many times together for all manner of fish over the years, and we have many stories to tell, from mad thunder and lightning storms, to dropping an outboard into the Bure! nearly !! 

A very good local angler with lots of fishing knowledge to boot.

Robert has a massive insite into Angling and really gives 110% what ever venue he fishes.
