Dear parents/Carer
IMPORTANT IMFORMATION FOR PARENTS/CARERS WISHING TO USE THE CLUB
1. All parents or cares wishing to use the club must apply by filling in and submitting a club application form along with a pre-payment of £50. This will be processed and we will let you know if your application is successful. If by any chance we cannot meet any of your care needs the £50 will be returned to you. When filling in the form be careful to write clearly and inclusion phone and e-mail contact details are essential.
2. Childcare places will only be allocated to existing parents/carers when outstanding fees from the previous summer term have been paid in addition to the registration fee.
3. The Club is NOT a ‘drop-in’ facility and cannot be used on a casual basis. It is essential that you specify exactly what care you require on a regular weekly basis on your application form and this will form part of your contract with the club.
4. The number of care places available both at the Breakfast Club and After School Club is currently limited to a maximum of 44 places. There is substantial demand for places so parents who are allocated sessions are expected to use them. Repeated failure to use sessions booked will result in them being withdrawn and given to other parents who want them.
5. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate all parent/carer needs we will give priority to existing customers.
6. The Club will charge parents on the basis of their pre-booked care requirements indicated on the application form. Parent/carers will be charged for sessions when the child does not attend unless at least 24 hours notice of absence has been given.
7. Payment for childcare must be in advance or by the latest at the end of the week the childcare is provided. The Club is cashless and Payment is required by card, voucher, cheque or bank transfer. We do not accept cash unless there are special circumstances. Cash payers must obtain a receipt as proof of payment.
8. The Club reserves the right to charge carers/parents the cost of childcare (fees) half a school term in advance of the care provided and that attendance at the club is permitted only when this half termly payment has been made.
