Registration and Booking
The clubs are open to all children within the registered age range (3-12 years). Children with special needs are always welcomed where their needs can be met. Parents/guardians who wish to use the clubs must first register by completing and signing the club registration/contract form, a copy of which can be downloaded from the Library page of this website or available from the club. Please note that parents/carers who have attended the club previously must re-register for the new school year in September. We would encourage all parents/carers to read our terms and policies on this website prior to signing. There is a registration fee of £60 which will subsequently be used to pay for the cost of care fees after you start..
In order to secure a place at your preferred sessions parents/carers must specify which weekly sessions they require on the registration form and this will form part of the agreement/contract between the parent/carers and the club and must be paid for whether the child attends or not. Notice of absence due to illness(more than one absence) and one weeks notice of absence due to holidays must be given in writing/email. Parents/Carers may permanently alter the attendance arrangements at any time but the club does not provide care on a casual 'drop-in' basis.

Free Childcare Offer in Wales
The Childcare Offer for Wales (the "Service") is a funding scheme established by the Welsh Government to provide eligible parents of three and four year old children with 30 hours a week of government-funded early education and childcare for up to 48 weeks a year. During term time (39 weeks of the year) the Offer builds on the existing universal commitment to early education which provides all 3 and 4 year olds with a minimum of 10 hours per week of provision. For the remaining 9 weeks the Offer funds 30 hours of childcare per week.

PAYING FEES BY BANK STANDING ORDER
Using bank standing order is and easy and convenient way of paying club fees. It saves a lot of hassle writing cheques or drawing cash and ensures that the club receives its fees in a timely manner. With a standing order you control payments to the club and unlike a direct debit; the club will only receive the fixed agreed sum each month.
How do I do this?
- Contact me either by phone or e-mail to let me know you want to set up a standing order (SO) and we will agree a monthly payment which reflects your club usage.
- Contact your bank to set up the SO which will transfer the agreed sum into the Club bank account whose details are as follows: code: 30-99-50, account no: 57198963. Make sure that the standing order contains your name so that we can identify the payment. Payment can be at any time of the month.
- For parents paying by SO, the club will set up an individual account which will record the payments made and the cost of the care provided together with the balance of your account. A copy of this will be available on request.
- If for any reason parents overestimate their usage of the club and accumulate a substantial credit then the club either offer a refund or alternatively you can reduce the value of the SO payment. On the other hand if you underestimate your usage we will ask you to increase the value of the SO to keep in credit.
Calculating your Club Fees
The Club uses the following formula to calculate your week childcare bill:
Fee owed =5.00xNBC + 9.00x NASC where NBc = number of breakfast club session
and NASC number of after school sessions
