Quality Standards & Policies
Club staff are trained or are undertaking training and hold the CACHE Diplomas in play work or CCLD. The club is registered with Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales (CIW) and complies with current minimum childcare standards. The Club is inspected by CIW every 2 years and reports are available at the Club for parents to read. Any complaints about the standards of care provided by the club should be made either to the Registered Person, the Senior Play worker or CIW, South East Wales,Government Buildings, Rhydycar, Merthyr Tyfil,CF48 1UZ. - Collect the children promptly.

Pay fees in advance or promptly at the end of each week.
- Ensure that they contact the Senior Playworker should booking arrangements change from that agreed, e.g. Your child is ill, last minute cancellation, someone else is collecting them.

- Behave in an appropriate manner towards each other and to adults at all times.
