Card Payments and Banking Problems
Dear Parents/Carers,
At the beginning of this term we had connectivity problems with our payment card system which were not resolved for about one week. However, the problem has now been fixed and we are able to take card payments for fees owed.
Last Friday ( 18/1/19)Lloyds Bank developed problems with its internet business banking system so that payments could not be made. However we have received payments from parents and the bank inform us that problems should have been resolved with confirmation on Monday 20/1/19.
