Future of Cash Payments
Dear parents/Carers,
Some time ago the club started to receive payments by debit card to make it easier for you to pay fees and for the club to move towards becoming cashless. The card payment system has been very successful and therefore the Club is looking to make this the preferred way of paying fees rather than cash. Parents/ carers can still pay by cheque, voucher or bank transfer.
From January 2018 we now ask parents to pay by card, cheque, voucher or bank transfer but not cash unless their are exception circumstances. Cashless payments have the great advanatge that there is an electronic record of payment and this will avoid any dispute as to whether payments have ben made.
