IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL PARENTS/CARERS
1. Increase in Club Fees from September 2017
Sonic Club fees are to be increased from the start of the new school year in September 2017. The fee for the Breakfast Club will be £3.00 and for the After School Club will be £7.00 per session. I realize that this is not good news from your point of view but Club fees have not risen for 5 years. During this period increasing cost pressures in staffing and in other items such as food, equipment, insurance and rental & payroll charges have required us to review our fees.
2. Payment of Fees.
May I also remind you that session fees must be made at least one week in advance or at the latest at the end of the week of the care provided in line with the terms and conditions of our business. Fees will be charged as per the sessions agreed in your registration form/contract. Sessions which are not taken up and for which no advance notice of absence has been given will be charged for.
All session fees must be fully paid up by the end of the summer term. Failure to pay outstanding fees at the end of the summer term will result in your child not being admitted to the Club in September even if you have been allocated a place.
3. Registration For September 2017
In order for children to attend the club registration is essential and a fee of £50 is necessary to secure a place. Places are limited to 40 for any one session and club staff will be responsible for allocating places as fairly as possible. Currently we have more demand for places than are currently available and the club regrets that this has caused disappointment & difficulties for some parents/carers. The Club has applied to expand the accommodation to 46 places for September although approval for these extra places has not yet been approved by CSSIW.
