Measles
Dear parents/carers,
Sonic draws your attention to the increased incidence of measles in the UK this winter and recommends that you should ensure your child(children) are fully protected with the MMR jab. Measles is a highly infectious disease and can be very dangerous to children even resulting in death. MMR vaccination can bring 99% protection. Normally children have 2 vaccinations one at age 1 year and the other at age 3 years. If your child has not been vaccinated or has not received both jabs we recommend you see your GP to make sure your child is fully protected.
