Payment of Club fees
Dear parents/Carers,
Just a reminder of our policy on the payment of club fees. The club bills parents on the basis of their regular requirements indicated in the registration form. Parents are obliged to pay for any absences (except long term illness) including term time holidays. Parents can alter their regular childcare arrangements at any time but they must inform both Christine and myself of any changes you wish to make in your requirements. The club does not operate on the basis of a casual drop-in facility. This has been club policy for quite sometime and refere you to these in the Library section of this website.
