Dear Parents/Carers,
The Club starts back on Monday 6th September 2021. We hope you all had a good summer break and that covid did not spoil your holiday plans. We look forward to having the children again but are very mindful that covid infection rates have increased over the summer break period and that the risk of infection is still with us.
Accordingly the club has reviewed its infection control policy in line with Welsh Government Guidlines published this August.
The Club requests all parents and carers not to send their children to the club if they have tested positive for covid 19, is unwell and has symptoms of covid 19 or is self isolating. The club will not readmit the child until proof of a negative PCR covid test has been provided.
Parents/Carers are also requested to drop off and collect their children at the club entrance door rather than enter the premises. If it is necessary to enter the club for any reason please wear a face mask.
