e-mail contacts to parents and carers
Dear Parents/Carers,
It was been pointed out to me that the group e-mails I sent out to inform parents of covid infection in the club and our closure for self isolating, were not blind copied so that parents received each others e-mail address. This is a breach privacy rules as I did not seek to get permission for this. All I can do is to apologise for is breach of privacy but thought using the group e-mail system was the fastest way to contact all parents about infection and closure. The same notices are on this club website.
