Dear Parents/Carers,
Sonic Out of School Club intends to re-open at the beginning of the Autumn Term on the first day of the school year on Thursday 3rd September. Can I remind parents/carers that it is essential they register with the club as usual to be considered for a place in the club and pay a deposit of £50 into the club account. The registration form is in the Library section of this website.This should be returned either to myself by e-mail or to Christine.
As from September fee payments to the club must be by either bank transfer, voucher or by card(contactless). We will not be accepting cash or cheques as these are acovid-19 infection risk.
When the club re-opens we will have social distancing and infection control measures in place. Parents & carers are respectufully asked to adhere to our measures which are:
1. Parents/carers to enter the building one at a time.
2. Use the on-way system of entrance and exit.
3. Wear a face mask in the building
4. Sanitise hands on entry.
