SONIC OUT OF SCHOOL CLUB
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Dear Parents & Carers,
As you will be aware schools in Wales are to re-open on 29th June until 27th July. Following a safety risk assessment and an appraisal of the operational and financial complexities of providing a service to parents under the proposed changed schooling arrangements, it has been decided that the club will remain closed until September. I regret if this decision causes inconvenience to those parents/carers who depend on us to provide out of school care, but circumstances are such that it will make it very difficult and potentially unsafe for us to provide a service under the current conditions.
Parent/carers who wish to use the club next September should register in the usual manner. A registration form can be downloaded from the Library section of the club website and returned either to myself by e-mail or to Christine. Forms must be accompanied by the usual pre-payment of £50 by bank transfer into the club account or voucher payment for the registration to be valid. Parents/ carers with sufficient credit to cover this will have this deduced from their credit balance. Parents/carers who hold credit with us and wish for a refund should let me know.
