Greetings fellow fellows! Good news! I have just completed a design for an interesting (and arresting?) new work. Over the last few days I have been, slowly and steadily, teasing and drawing out its forms, but today has been particularly fruitful - especially in relation to spiral patterns that have developed. The design features two dragons creating a flame to illuminate secrets of the world. No big deal there then... The next step? To draw it out fully in pencil onto artists board, then outline it in black and add colour using gouache. I will post some sketches soon. In the meantime: keep the fires burning! And remember: sleeping dragons never sleep!
