Late afternoon took a long walk. Returning back along the edge of a large field close to home I passed an area planted with red clover. I thought about the lucky four-leaf ones which had been found here several times before - in fact just the other week one was found for me! Should I look again so soon? I didn't want to push luck but then a voice said: 'You can never have too much luck'. Just then I stopped and felt a momentary itch in the leg and lent over towards the clover. In front of me, my eye rested on a small leafy clump. Looking closer I realised that this stem had not just four but five leaves! I picked it carefully, thanking whoever or whatever needed to be thanked while continuing home...
