Appointments

At your first appointment we will explain to you
the Counselling process and the procedures
of the National Counselling Service: Skye and
Lochalsh.

Appointments are normally held on a weekly basis,
during which you and your counsellor can assess
progress together.

You will have an opportunity to explore some of
the reasons why Counselling may help you.
After this initial meeting your counsellor will work
with you for the duration of your Counselling.
