Hi everybody! Friday the 2nd March is nearly upon us, so i thought i'd drop you all a line, and answer some of those questions, that i keep getting text messages about. So, here goes.... 1/. We're all meeting at The Sacred Heart Club at NO LATER than 5pm on Friday 2nd March. 2/. We shall go from there, to the airport, via a 16 seater coach. Anyone not wishing to get on the coach, and who wish to make their own way to the airport, please get in touch with Roy BEFORE 5PM and let me know. 3/. We are flying from Terminal 1 at 19.30 (7.30 pm) on Flight 557 to Dublin on Friday March 2nd. 4/. Please do not take a suitcase with you, as we are only going for two nights. You can fit all your needs into a small bag. This bag is taken onto the plane with you, and is classed as hand luggage. 5/. You WILL be charged extra if your hand luggage weighs over 10 kilos. 6/. You WILL be charged extra, if your hand luggage has dimensions LARGER than 55cm x 40cm x 20cm( 20 x 14 x 9 inches) 7/. All toiletries must be placed in a plasic/see through bag, before checking in, and only nine items are allowed in that bag. Each item MUST NOT contain MORE than 100 ml of any product. So, do check your items for their contents, when Roy issues you with a plastic/see through bag at the Clubhouse. Therefore, you can take deodorants and after shave etc but only if they are tiny 100ml or less bottles! (not many of them about though boys!) 8/. We (21 of us) land in Dublin at 20.20 (8.20 pm). 9/. We then take a short bus ride into Dublin, to Brown's Hostel on Gardeners Street. THE BOOZING BEGINS THEREAFTER. 10/. Our friendly match is scheduled to take place on Saturday 03-03-07. (Time to be arranged) 11/. We leave Dublin at 09.45 (9.45 am) on Sunday morning on flight 554 and will arrive back at Manchester Airport at 10.40 (10.40 am) on Sunday morning. 12/. Please note, that in order to catch the flight home at 9.45 am - we need to be at Dublin airport for 7.45 am (2 hrs before take off). So, do not be surprised, if you get a wake up call on Sunday morning before 7am!!! (Regardless of how hung over you may be) Please note also here, that you are all adults now, and Paul and myself, will not be responsible, if you are too drunk to get out of your pit and catch the plane like everybody else! Remember that you're a long and very expensive way from home! 13/. The 16 seater mini bus, will meet us at Manchester airport and take us back to the Clubhouse. 14/. Lastly, remember that Ryanair, reserve the right, not to let you on board, if you look or act as if you are drunk!!! Apart from that boys, looks like we're in for a pretty heavy and heady weekend!
