The weather seemed to put you guys off the idea of running, but you missed a nice 4 miler, tonight, 19th Jan.  Thanks to Dave for turning up, shame on you slackers.

Looking to be out tomorrow, Thursday 29 Dec for a run round town, weather permitting.

So sorry guys, another nights running I'm missing.  Dad's taxi service is all over the place, so have a safe one, without me.

There will be a cross-country training morning, Saturday, 19th Nov at 1030, Evanton Woods, meeting at the top of Chapel Road (up the hill from the Co-op.) Parking is available opposite the Co-op, with limited on-street parking on Chapel Rd and surroundings. Training is open to all ages(8-80) and abilities. There are lots of lovely walks in the woods, why not take the chance to visit the world famous Black Rock Gorge. Contact me or info@rosscountyac.com for further information.

It's parents evening for our eldest this Thursday, 17th Nov, so, sadly I can't make it to the group. Which is a pity, cos I have a great session for you.  It'll have to wait for the next week.
